You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and legal obligations surrounding their return.
If you receive damaged or incorrect medication, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our obligations under consumer law.
